To operate, set up, and maintain Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC) machines to manufacture dies, components, and precision parts as per drawings, quality standards, and production targets while ensuring safety and machine care.
- Ensure Zero Fatal accidents in the work area. Accident Frequency Rate < 0.25, Accident Severity rate <100
- Near miss and abnormality identification and do corrective actions within 7 days.
- Ensure 100% adherence to safety training to new employees before assigning responsibilities
- Ensure 100% investigation of incidents / near miss within 48 hours in the unit
- Ensure that identified risks are reviewed on a monthly basis.
