Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ year of work experience in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, food service, retail, office, or similar)
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
- Basic computer or communication skills (varies by department)
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods or lifting up to 50 lbs (for production/warehouse roles)
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
