Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to

support our export operations. The role involves preparing documentation, coordinating

shipments, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review export documents: ocean bill of lading, commercial invoices,
  • packing lists, PSIC, freight certificate, etc.
  • Coordinate with services providers, forwarders, internal teams and customers for documentation approval.
  • Identify and resolve shipment issues proactively
  • Provide administrative support to the export operations team
  • Maintain and update the transaction report
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Any graduate: 1–2 years’ experience (import/export logistics/documentation
  • preferred)

- Good understanding about Incoterm

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Strong English communication skills (oral and written)

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Night shift availability (6 PM – 4 AM)
  • Task-oriented, self-motivated, critical thinker with a keen eye for detail
