The hard center of this role: turning real Ren tasks (the calls, the cancellations, the 47-minute holds) into content that travels on its own. One post that reads as an ad costs the deadpan permanently, so the register isn't a style choice here. It's the distribution.
T-Shaped, Deep In At Least One
- Short-form video. Shooting and cutting phone-native video from real raw material: call recordings, screen captures, field footage. Hooks that earn the first second, payoffs that earn the repost.
- The deadpan register. Writing and performing flat institutional comedy â the situation is deranged, the delivery never is. If you can't do dry, nothing else transfers.
- Editorial artifacts. Turning call data into things people screenshot and cite: the Cancellation Index, hold-time leaderboards, "dear [institution]" letters. Content that holds up as journalism, not just posts.
- Organic distribution. Knowing why something traveled and proving it with numbers instead of vibes. No paid amplification, ever. Paid-campaign instincts corrupt the signal and fail the swap test.

We shoot phone-first and cut in whatever you're fastest in, off a growing archive of real call recordings and a locked brand system. There is no ad budget and there won't be one. Not knowing our exact tools isn't a dealbreaker; taste and reps are.
