Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain commercial and residential beverage equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve equipment issues.
  • Train customers on the proper use and basic maintenance of equipment.
  • Install plumbing and electrical connections in compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain service records, parts inventory, and job updates.
  • Respond to scheduled after-hours and weekend service calls.
  • Assist with warehouse organization and inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Technical certification or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–3 years' experience servicing and repairing equipment.
  • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work after hours and weekends on a scheduled basis.
