Responsibilities
- Design development and project support
- Presentation preparation (mood boards, material palettes, layouts)
- Architectural drafting and documentation in ArchiCAD.
- 3D modeling and visualizations.
- FF&E sourcing and specification
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- 1â5 years of professional experience
- Strong Skills In Archicad (essential)
- Strong skills in Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering
Excellent English communication skills
- Strong design sensibility, organization, and attention to detail
- Preferred
- Experience in high-end residential projects
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and visualization workflows
